Embark on an inner journey of discovery

What would it be like to connect more with your inner wisdom and heart? To live and experience life more lightly and with a more fulfilled heart? It’s what has helped me on my life path, including connecting with the daily energy of Maya wisdom every day. Think of it as a compass in your life: it gives you a direction to the next step on your life path.

You can also see it as a journey of discovery in connection with yourself on your way to a lighter and creative life. Tuning into your own wisdom makes your heart blossom and also brings you more confidence and softness. Being still with the day energy is a bridge that helps you make use of the opportunities and possibilities to grow and create.

Imagine suddenly being in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by fresh spring colors, olive trees, fine nature and colorful Italian life? And that from a restful residence: the fine agriturismo San Leo near Greve in Chianti?

With a group of up to 8 participants, I – Petra – look forward to hosting you in this. During the period of budding spring I would like to take you on an Italian journey of self-discovery. Thereby I would like to support and inspire you with integral yoga, meditation, creative workshops and a cultural activity. There will be sufficient time within the daily program for your own interpretation.

Full board is provided for these days. You can have your own room with bathroom (toilet and shower). Double rooms are available by arrangement. Price on request. In case of interest and for more information you can contact me by e-mail.

In connection with yourself: five days in Orval

Yoga teacher and life artist Petra Elberse and poet and writing teacher Ann Van Dessel offer a five-day reflection focusing on integral yoga and intuitive writing. Welcome to Orval Abbey from Tuesday, August 20 to Saturday, August 24, 2024.

No prior knowledge is required, for either yoga or writing. With a limited group of max. 8 participants, we focus on silence, rest, slowing down, nature, connection… We participate in the life of the abbey. That means we also respect silence. Our activities do not overlap the prayer times of the abbey. So whoever wishes can join. Everything is without obligation, both the prayer moments and the yoga and writing sessions. You are encouraged to do what feels right for you. Think of it as a connecting journey of self-discovery. That is already our intention.

Practical:

• There is full board and everyone has their own little room with hot and cold running water. There are toilets and showers in the hallway. Everything is practical and tidy.
• Price is €450, everything included. Who wants sanitary facilities (toilet and shower) in the room, pays € 40 extra.

SoulCollage: what does your heart have to tell you?

SoulCollage – ’the language of the heart’ – is a creative, fun and gentle method to discover more about yourself and get (connect?) closer and becoming more aligned to yourself. You will use your intuition and creativity during this gathering and be surprised by the message of your SoulCollage cards.
