Integral yoga harmony, unity and inner peace. Combination of five forms of yoga, including Hatha yoga with Kundalini, Pranayama (breathing) and meditation.

Yoga with attention to
– Neck, shoulders and back: Monday 7:30 p.m.
– Gentle yin yoga: Thursday 18:15 p.m.
– Yoga in flow with Mayan wisdom: Friday 9:00 a.m.
– Senior yoga: Friday 10:15 a.m.

Practical
– the yoga class lasts approx. 60-75 minutes
– participation between 12 and 15 euro

What to bring?
– Please bring your own towel
– Furthermore, all yoga supplies, such as a yoga mat and pillow, are provided
